New Staff

A big welcome to all our new staff who have joined us at Moate community school.

Also this year we lost two very charismatic and long serving members of the school in Moate. Ray Woolley (P.E.) 12 years at the school department returned home to his native county and had took up a position in Swinford. Charlie Doyle at least 35 years at the school has retired from the school and can be seen any morning out damaging the golf course in Moate as he enjoys a leisurely and well-deserved retirement. Im sure many students had very fond memories of Charlie or perhaps got the odd red ear treatment from a real character in the school.
