Waterford native and dedicated hurler Iain Hatton has been to the forefront of hurling in Moate. He enters teams at all grades and numbers playing this game continue to rise. We are fortunate to have the use of indoor hurls and sliotars which allows training to take place regardless of the conditions outside. We have strong hopes for alot of our younger teams as they continue to develop into talented hurlers.Training takes place twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Iain has represented Ireland and munster at underage Badminton. He is a highly skilled tennis player and has represented his home county Waterfo
rd in soccer. He also does some coaching work with Waterford hurling development squads
Qualifications:
B.Sci Physical Education/Occupational Therapy/Masters in Sport+Exercise
Brian Devaney:Brian hails from Laois and represented the county at underage level in both hurling and football. He has a huge interest in hurling and displays great commitment and dedication to training.If you are interested in hurling please get in touch with one of the hurling coaching staff.
